Dr Rosemina Ahmad is a Radiology Consultant and core member of the Hepatobiliary team with a subspecialist interest in interventional radiology, and advanced ultrasound applications.

After qualifying from Imperial College in 1997, she completed her Radiology specialist registrar training in Leicester, followed by a research fellowship in St Marks and an honorary consultant post in UCLH. She has been a consultant in the Teaching Hospitals in the East Midlands for 13 years, working at Nottingham University hospitals for 9 years and now at University Hospitals of Leicester since 2017.

Her current Radiology society and management positions include;
Committee member of the British Society of interventional Radiology (BSIR)
Head of Service at University hospitals.
Deputy chair for secondary care, committee of medical managers, British Medical Association
